The past may shape your story.
My role is to help you find your voice…and trust it again.

Perhaps you're here because something no longer feels the way it used to.
Maybe you're carrying the weight of trauma.
Feeling disconnected in your relationship.
Adjusting to a new chapter.
Or wondering why the same patterns keep showing up.

Therapy offers a space to slow down,
To understand those patterns with curiosity and compassion.
And reconnect with the part of you that already knows where it wants to go.

Ways we can work together

Different journeys call for different conversations.
Together, we'll find the path that best fits where you are,
and where you want to go.

Individual Therapy

WHEN YOU WANT TO FEEL YOURSELF AGAIN.

Sometimes we feel confused or stuck because we've lost touch with ourselves. Therapy won't tell you who to become or what choices to make. Instead, it offers a space to reconnect with yourself, regain clarity, and understand what direction feels most authentic for your life.

The way I see therapy

"A person is more authentic the more they resemble the person they've dreamed of becoming."
— Agrado, All About My Mother (Pedro Almodóvar)

I first heard these words when I was fifteen, watching All About My Mother. Long before I knew I would become a therapist, they stayed with me.

Years later, I realised they had quietly become the foundation of the way I understand therapy.

To me, therapy isn't about becoming someone else. It's about freeing the person you've always sensed you could become, beneath fear, old survival patterns, and the expectations you've learned to carry.

What therapy feels like with me

Therapy should be a place where every part of you is welcome.

I think of the work as unfolding in two movements.

The first is AWARENESS.
Those "aha" moments when things suddenly make sense—not only intellectually, but emotionally. When you stop asking "What's wrong with me?" and begin asking, "Of course I've learned to survive this way."

The second is COURAGE.
Real change doesn't happen when fear disappears.
It happens when your desire to live more authentically becomes stronger than your need to stay the same.

I won't tell you what to do.
I'll sit with you, make space for your wounds, and give them the time they deserve.
And when you're ready, I'll walk beside you as you begin writing a chapter that is no longer written only by your suffering.

A few things you wouldn't find on my résumé

I was an opera singer before becoming a therapist.

I founded an independent psychology magazine, Il Sigaro di Freud, because I believe good ideas deserve to be shared. (It's in Italian, but feel free to check it out!)

I'm slightly obsessed with metaphors. I think art, films, poetry, and stories often understand something before our rational mind does. If there's a book, a song, or a scene that has stayed with you, bring it into the room. And if the moment feels right, I might share one with you too.

I'm also an activist. I believe the personal is political, and that caring for individuals also means caring about the communities and systems we live in.

One last thing: I work with dreams. If you remember yours, start writing them down.

"Until you make the unconscious conscious,
it will direct your life and you will call it fate."

— Carl Gustav Jung
